We recognise that expectations of customers are changing and there is a greater need for focused customer service. Customers have access to an increasing number of information sources and expect their builders to include them in the process of building what will probably be the most expensive purchases in their life. Customers expect information, communication, quality, efficient programming and managed costs.

When you build with Ruiz Constructions you will be assigned a Residential Client Manager (RCM). This person will provide you positive, pro-active guidance and leadership. Your RCM will be your constant point of contact throughout the building process. The RCM will guide you through each step of the process until completion and will always be available should you have any query related to the building of your new home.

Your RCM will guide you through your selections and all other decision making, keep you informed of the progress of your home on a weekly basis and arrange regular site inspections.

This service is pivotal to our Vision of a satisfied client at the end of EVERY project.

Building quality 

We understand that the achievement of the three project deliverables of time, cost and quality is only as good as the handling of project defects and maintenance issues. In other words, poorly managed defects are not only economically damaging it can also harm a great project.

To achieve the company’s Vision, we strive to hand over every project complete and without any defects or outstanding items!

To achieve this we undertake the following steps:

  1. We monitor the quality and finishing detail of all sub contract works and addresses any issues on an ongoing basis. We do not leave project finishing and detailing until the final clean stage.
  2. We continually educate our sub-contractors on our high quality expectations. We ensure that all of our sub-contractors understand our Company’s Strategic Purpose and that their own company’s values align.
  3. We undertake formal completion inspection and handover processes with every client.
