This project demanded construction of a structure enclosing the pool/spa area, plant room, bathroom, and change room. The change room was constructed in such a way as to allow a sauna room to be built in the future.

Part of the project included construction of an underground theatre, built below the patio and adjacent to the pool. The main challenge was to secure both the waterproofing and the structural integrity of the new and existing buildings.

High quality construction and finish were the project’s key outcomes. A light palette of quality finishes, large bi-fold doors opening to an outdoor entertaining area and high raked ceilings, gave the final product an air of privacy, luxury and distinction.
